Here is a photo of a really big jellyfish (Lions Mane) that washed up  on a beach in North East Fife in 2009.  Its next to the dog in the photo.

Jellyfish day at the beach

We went to this beach we have not been to for 2 years.  Its was so amazing.  It was a rare sunny day and we spend 4 hours walking from one side of the beach to the other.  We found over 30 jelly fish on the beach.  One was about 1m and a couple like the moon jelly fish were small.  Most were plate size of bigger.

We saw compass, lions mane and moon jelly fish.
